      Urban Beatz Product sale's comes in two ways (leasing and Exclusive Rights) Leasing Rights/License (Non-Exclusive):   Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording selling up too 2,500 copies, will be subject to re-negotiations.  You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos, but you have the full rights to record or mix the beat in any form.  When someone buys the exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use.

          Upon purchasing Leasing Rights, Urban Beatz still owns the beat (s) and is able to resell the beat (s) to any other person until Exclusive Rights have been purchased.  You must, however, give full credit to Urban Beatz on all commercial recordings. Exclusive Rights/License:   With buying an Exclusive Beat, you have the right to use the beat for any recording you want to.  UBL Productions may no longer lease or sell the beat, except for prior Leasing Rights holders.  You must, however, give full credit to Urban Beatz on all commercial recordings.
